What is the Health ImpACT Challenge?
The Health ImpACT Challenge is a 2026, healthcare-led initiative supported through statewide investment. It provides a structured, low-risk pathway for New Mexico healthcare organizations to define priority operational and clinical needs and evaluate pre-screened approaches across data, artificial intelligence, and advanced computing technologies (ACT).
The Challenge reduces risk and burden for participating healthcare organizations by offering:
A structured, healthcare-led process with shared infrastructure support provided to participating organizations
Access to pre-screened partners aligned to identified priorities
Coordination and participation support throughout evaluation and potential piloting
Healthcare organizations lead by identifying priorities, providing feedback, and, where appropriate, piloting promising approaches. Solution partners will be invited to respond in the following focus areas as priorities are identified:
Data-Driven Care and Digital Health
Responsible Artificial Intelligence
Advanced Computing Technologies
More details on participation, timelines, and support will be shared soon.
