Bloomlife provides remote maternal-care technology for pregnancies complicated by conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. Its connected-care platform allows patients to record health measurements from home while giving healthcare teams access to information through existing clinical workflows and electronic medical records. 

The company’s Bloomlife MFM-Pro has received FDA clearance to measure maternal and fetal heart rates. Bloomlife is also developing expanded at-home fetal-monitoring capabilities, while its current remote-care program supports blood-pressure and glucose monitoring. The company raised a $12.2 million Series A to expand its maternal-care platform.

Manatee provides virtual mental healthcare for children, teenagers and their families. Its model combines therapy with caregiver counseling, family assessments and digital tools that help families continue practicing skills and communicating with their care teams between appointments. 

Families begin with an individualized care plan, while Manatee’s technology allows them to attend sessions, communicate securely with providers and track progress. In 2025, Manatee acquired Happypillar, an AI-supported platform that gives parents evidence-based tools to strengthen relationships and support their children’s emotional health at home. Manatee also works with major health plans, including Aetna, Optum and UnitedHealthcare.

Cyrus Health, formerly VitalCare Connect, is a connected platform for post-acute care that brings skilled nursing facilities, medical directors and hospital emergency departments together. The platform supports 24/7 coverage, clinical coordination and data-informed practices designed to improve continuity and patient outcomes.

Founder Chance Basinger was born and raised in New Mexico and began his career administering skilled nursing facilities. He later became a physician assistant and completed an advanced practice fellowship in trauma and surgical critical care. His experience revealed a persistent problem: facilities and patients often struggle to reach providers when timely decisions matter most.

Triangle Health brings a patient’s medical history together in a shared digital workspace that patients and clinicians can review, update and use across different care settings. Its technology organizes records from multiple providers and uses AI to help people better understand their health history, treatment options and questions to discuss with their physicians. 

The company was inspired by co-founder Arun Verma’s experience navigating a Grade 2 glioma diagnosis and trying to make sense of fragmented records and complex medical research. Triangle Health launched with $4 million in pre-seed financing, including investment from Antler’s Criticality Fund, which is backed by the New Mexico State Investment Council.

Adhara’s mission is to improve access to maternal and pediatric care while reducing racial, geographic and socioeconomic disparities. Its platform is being designed to help care teams recognize concerns earlier, coordinate services and prevent patients from falling through gaps between appointments.
