2026
October 8, 2026 | Embassy Suites Albuquerque, New Mexico
HealthAI 2026 brings New Mexico healthcare leaders, policymakers, researchers, funders, innovators, and public-sector partners into one room.
The focus is practical: how AI and emerging technology can strengthen care delivery, improve access, support care teams, and help organizations make better decisions before adopting new tools.
This is a working summit for New Mexico healthcare. Leaders will compare notes, hear what peers are testing, meet partners building applied solutions, and leave with clearer next steps for their own organizations.
Proving what’s possible.
HealthAI returns to Albuquerque for its second annual statewide summit.
The 2026 Summit builds on the momentum of our 2025 event and the work already underway through HealthInno and Health ImpACT.
HealthInno is New Mexico’s health tech innovation studio and statewide health innovation network. Health ImpACT is our state-backed innovation pilot and learning network helping New Mexico healthcare organizations set shared priorities and safely explore startup technology and new partnership models.
HealthAI is where this work comes together in person.
Leaders will spend the day focused on applied AI, care delivery, rural and community health, responsible adoption, and the partnerships needed to move from interest to action.
Speakers, sessions, and showcase details will be announced in the coming weeks and months.

What HealthAI 2026 Is About
Healthcare organizations across New Mexico are making decisions about AI, data tools, virtual care, workforce support, and new technology partners.
Those decisions should be grounded in care delivery, evidence, safety, and the realities of New Mexico communities.
HealthAI 2026 is designed for that work.
Sessions will focus on what these tools actually do, what healthcare leaders should ask before using them, what peers are learning, and how new models can support rural, tribal, frontier, and underserved urban communities.
The Summit is not a vendor expo. It is a healthcare-led conversation about what fits, what is ready, and what New Mexico should build together.
-
AI in healthcare is moving quickly. HealthAI helps leaders slow the conversation down enough to make good decisions.
Sessions will look at applied tools already being used or tested in care settings, including:
Ambient clinical documentation
AI-assisted screening and triage
Predictive analytics for population health
Remote diagnostics and voice biomarker tools
Data infrastructure and workflow support
Responsible AI governance and accountability
Our goal is not hype. The goal is clarity.
Leaders will hear what has been tried, what the evidence shows, and what questions to ask before saying yes.
-
New tools matter most when they help care teams work better.
This theme focuses on how healthcare organizations are changing care delivery through team-based models, integrated behavioral health, virtual and asynchronous care, value-based care, and workforce-extension strategies.
Sessions will look at what it takes to make these changes work inside real organizations, not just on paper.
-
New Mexico’s healthcare realities are specific. They are also useful for the rest of the country.
HealthAI will highlight examples from rural, tribal, frontier, and community-based settings where leaders are working across distance, workforce limits, specialist access gaps, and Medicaid-serving care models.
Topics will include:
Community health worker integration
Behavioral health access
Rural hospital sustainability
Telehealth and asynchronous care
Care models built for distributed populations
Technology that fits local workflows

Sponsorship and Partnership
Support the room where New Mexico healthcare moves from conversation to action.
HealthAI 2026 gives sponsors a meaningful way to support New Mexico’s healthcare innovation work.
This is not built around logo placement alone. Sponsors are part of a focused room with healthcare leaders, policymakers, researchers, funders, and innovators who are actively shaping how technology gets evaluated and adopted in New Mexico.
Sponsors gain visibility, but the deeper value is proximity: thoughtful relationship-building, clearer market insight, and connection to the healthcare priorities shaping our state.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations that want to support responsible AI adoption, rural and community health, workforce support, and stronger pathways between healthcare organizations and applied technology partners.
Why Sponsor HealthAI 2026?
HealthAI is intentionally sized for real conversation.
Sponsors join a room designed around healthcare leaders and the partners who can help them act. The Summit creates space for direct connection, shared learning, and practical next steps.
Sponsors can support:
Peer learning for New Mexico healthcare leaders
Responsible AI and technology adoption
Rural, tribal, frontier, and community health priorities
Stronger connections between care delivery, research, policy, and funding
The Health ImpACT innovation pilot and learning network
A more coordinated approach to healthcare innovation in New Mexico
What to Expect
A day built for leaders who want to act.
HealthAI 2026 is designed to help healthcare organizations make smarter decisions about AI and emerging technology.
-
Healthcare leaders will share what adoption has actually looked like: the friction, the results, the risks, and what they would tell another organization considering the same step.
-
The Summit will include examples from care settings facing similar conditions, not only large urban markets with different resources.
-
Companies and entrepreneurs will be present as potential partners. The focus stays on healthcare priorities, not product pitches.
-
The Innovation Showcase will create space for healthcare leaders and innovators to connect around shared challenges, applied tools, and possible next steps.
-
HealthAI gives attendees a clearer view into Health ImpACT, HealthInno’s state-backed innovation pilot and learning network. Healthcare organizations can learn how the network helps leaders name priorities, review vetted tools, and consider structured pilots when there is a strong fit.
Who Should Attend

Health system leaders, clinical leaders, operational teams, rural providers, FQHCs, tribal health leaders, behavioral health organizations, and community health partners.
